During our time you will be introduced to an ancient way of connection and a process of integrative healing that will serve you your entire life. All are welcome. NORTH CAROLINA HAPPENINGS
Drum Birthing Retreat, Saturday and Sunday, March 8th and 9th, from 10 to 6, Vass (Woodlake); also offered May 3/4, July 26/27, October 4/5, December 6/7. A drum is a powerful tool that can be used for honoring Spirit, healing, clearing and generating energy. During this two day retreat we will use native ceremony and guided journey to assist you in developing a deep relationship with the drum you are creating. No experience is needed. Full Moon Drum Circle, March 10th, April 11th, May 12th, from 7 to 8:30 PM, Swank Coffee Shoppe and Handmade Market, 232 Northwest Broad Street, Southern Pines. Join us as we drum up lots of love and light for ourselves, our families, and our communities. If you have a frame drum, you are welcome to bring it. If not, some loaners will be available. Spring Equinox Ceremony and Potluck, Sat. March 22nd, from 6 to 8:30 pm, Vass (Woodlake). I invite all to join me and my advanced students to welcome in the Spring with a Spring Equinox Ceremony where you will enjoy a guided meditation to discover what you are growing in your life right now. A Day of Sacred Crafting, Saturday April 5th, from 10-5, Vass (Woodlake); also offered June 8th, August 9th, and October 12th. Join us to create Sacred Medicine Tools as a community. We will do ceremony, vision our projects, and celebrate the beauty that unfolds from our hands and hearts. I will guide you as much or as little as you need. I have plenty of tools, lacing, beads, and feathers to create with or to add those finishing touches to your current Medicine Tool. Join us as we honor our sacred tools, and our visions. Sound Healing Master Class Retreat, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 16th, 17th, and 18th, Vass (Woodlake). You will learn to feed yourself and others with beautiful sacred sounds by personally experiencing and feeling sound through many sounding healing processes that I will share with you. Absolutely no sound healing or musical training is required. Certificates of Completion will be provided.
