We offer a combination of In-Person and Online events. In-person events are held both in Pennsylvania and North Carolina (scroll down for schedule). Please email me for any questions, program details and registration.
PRIVATE SESSIONS are available online and in person.
In person sessions are offered in Vass, NC throughout the year and in New Providence, PA in early December (dates to be announced).
Online sessions over Zoom are available by appointment.

Starting Soon "Bear Medicine--Autumn Quadrant" of the Medicine Wheel -- live online via Zoom. **Thursday evening circle meets from 7 to 9:30 PM ET on October 1st, 15th, & 29th, November 12th, and December 3rd & 17th. **Tuesday morning circle meets from 10 AM to 12:30 PM EDT on October 20th, November 3rd & 17th, December 1st & 15th, and January 5th, 2027. Join us for either the Tuesday morning circle or the Thursday evening circle for an in-depth study of the Fall quadrant of the Medicine Wheel, where we learn from Bear and other teachers from the animal, plant, and mineral world. Bear is thought to be the Healer in Native American tradition, teaching us to nurture ourselves and to honor our boundaries and those of others. She shows us how to journey deep within for insight – to remember what we already know (but may have forgotten in the busy-ness of life). These six sessions include teachings from the natural world, sound healing, ancient sacred chants, shamanic journeys, ceremonies, and powerful integrative healing opportunities that will inspire and guide you to connect with and embody the medicine of Bear, the energies of the autumn season, the realm of spirituality, and the element of water. *Note that a prerequisite before your first quadrant study is Self-Healing Through Shamanic Journey, which will prepare you to use the shamanic journey process for self-empowerment. ** NEW Daytime Circle ** "Coyote Medicine--Summer Quadrant" of the Medicine Wheel -- online via Zoom, starting Tuesday August 11 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM EDT. Dates are August 11 & 18, September 1 & 15 & 22, and October 6. Come and steep yourself in the Summer quadrant of the Medicine Wheel, where we explore the energies of Summer, the realm of our emotions, the element of fire, and the medicine of Coyote. Circle of Stones Apprenticeship Second Year -- online via Zoom, Thursday evenings from 7 to 9:30 PM EDT, see dates below. Are you carrying in your heart a dream to become a shamanic practitioner? If you have completed the 1st year Circle of Stones apprenticeship, or bring other comparable shamanic training, you are welcome to join the 2nd year Circle of Stones, diving deeply into the ethics, skills, and tools needed to • journey for others to help discover their guides or gifts • use sound healing instruments & techniques for healing, peace, and balance • create ceremonies to honor experiences and/or plant the seeds of prayer and • learn the Soul Retrieval Ceremony to share with others. Throughout the year, there will be many opportunities for practicing each set of skills so that you experience and practice what we cover in class. New Moon Drum Circle, Saturday October 10th, from 7 to 8:30 PM at our home in Vass. The new moon is a powerful time to commit to what matters most to each of us. Together we will drum for ourselves, our families, and our communities. If you can, bring a frame drum and a comfortable chair. Some loaner drums will be available. Full Moon Drum Circle, Monday October 26th, from 7 to 8:30 PM at Swank Coffee Shoppe and Handmade Market, 232 Northwest Broad Street, Southern Pines. Drum Birthing Retreat, Saturday November 14 from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday November 15, from 10 AM to 5 PM in Vass. A drum is a powerful tool that can be used for honoring Spirit, healing, clearing and generating energy. During this weekend retreat, we will use the process of journeying to assist you in developing a meaningful relationship with the drum you are birthing. A Day of Sacred Crafting, Sunday November 22nd, from 10 AM to 5 PM in Vass. Join us to create Sacred Medicine Tools as a community. We will do ceremony, vision our projects, create our strategies for success, laugh, eat, and celebrate the beauty that unfolds from our hands and hearts. Bring your unfinished drum or rattle, or whatever else is lying around, and we will finish them together. Join us as we honor our sacred tools, and our visions.
